23.07.2008 - woken up - new stuff //photography

long time no updates - lots of stuff has been going on though - and now all that is going to see the light of the great world wide web. amen. ;)

divided back - josianne was away: she keeps travelling the world, and thank god, she keeps sending postcards - which postcards evolve and tend to begin to live a life of their own.

i am not exotic, i am exhausted - dan perjovschi was here - perjovschi is of course brilliant and he was invited to paint the back wall of kunsthaus basel; you can still see his drawings until the 31st of august. after that you just have to follow him, he'll definitely draw somewhere else.

some new fake mirrors

8.12.2007 - looking for the end of europe //photography

looking for the end of europe - As citizens of a country that is at the end of Europe, it is almost a must to go see the other end :).Cabo de São Vicente - Portugal is said to be Europe's most south westerly point and it was considered a sacred place for centuries. We've been there in summer and it was like a very mixed feeling - like on the one hand very real - with all the tourist buses (hop off, see the end, hop on) and on the other hand very surreal with all these people seeming to really look for the edge of Europe - like that could be seen or touched or captured on film. (:))

1.12.2007 - the art of waiting 2007 // same same but different

yeah, made it! same same but different - the 2007 advent calendar - features one single human as it features chances, communication, harmony, illusion, trust, lightness, distress, joy. And tough it may seem that it's always the same, I can assure you, it is different. Same same, but different.*****tommy, thank you for jumping in, interpreting and making up the titles
